To obtain a visa, you will need to:

1. Contact us and request an invitation to attend BDW2026. Please ensure that your request includes the following:

• Name (as written on your passport)
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Contact details (phone and email address)
• Your passport details (number, nationality, place of birth, place of issuance, expiry date)

2. Apply for a visitor visa by clicking here. Attach the invite as evidence.

Please do not register and pay for BDW2026 before being granted a visa.
