Our pricing is on a per person basis, covering the weekend’s 3 nights. 

We encourage you to book the room that best fits your needs (i.e. 2 people in 1 bedroom room, 3 people in a 2 bedroom room). If you do book a room that doesn't meet the split costs, we will contact you to arrange for separate payment to cover the remaining cost.

Breakfast is not included in the accommodation package. 

Yes, transport will be organised to accommodate interstate and international arrivals on Friday 23 January 2026 and departures on Monday 26 January 2026.

– Shuttles will be running from the airport on Friday 23 January 2026 at approximately every hour between 7am and 3pm. Estimated travel time is 20-40 minutes. Please try to book your flights accordingly. There will be representatives from the BDW event committee present at the airport to guide you.

If an activity is cancelled, the BDW2026 Crew will notify attendees of any alternative arrangement.

Official after parties will be announced on each BDW2026 night. Make sure you’re there to avoid missing out!

Alcohol will only be served at “Ahla Leila Ahla Nas".

A refund can be issued up to 10 days prior to the event. However, no refund can be issued once the weekend has commenced.

It would be ideal for you to arrive by 3pm to Sydney on Friday 23 January 2026. It would also be ideal if you book your departure flights after 4pm on Monday 26 January 2026 as we will aim to finish our final event at 2pm.
